The Music Mill(under new ownership) has signed a lease with the Broadbent Company for the 15,062sq ft, freestanding building at Clearwater Crossing.  Located at the intersection of East 82nd St & Dean Rd, Clearwater Crossing is a 129,821sq ft retail center.  The Music Mill is located at the west end of Clearwater Crossing behind Uno's Chicago Grill.  Tenants include Babies R Us, Office Max, Barnes and Noble Bookstore.  John Beuoy represented the Broadbent Company.
