Toledo, OH-- The Northern Ohio Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) offered a $70,000 reward today for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the shooting of John King on August 10, 2011.
King was shot in the arm and wounded outside of his Lambertville, MI home while confronting a man vandalizing his vehicle. According to media reports, the man scrawled “SCAB” into the side of King’s vehicle.
“ABC abhors any type of violence and the malicious destruction of property and believes that every effort needs to be made to bring an end to such criminal activity,” said Ryan Martin, President & CEO of Northern Ohio ABC.
Martin continued, “ABC is committed to standing shoulder to shoulder with John, his family, colleagues, friends and neighbors who have been violated by this criminal and cowardly act. In support of John King, ABC will be offering a $70,000 reward for credible, new information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals responsible for this crime.”
