Times are still tough. Never has it been more critical to ensure and obtain timely payment. What contractual and statutory remedies are available if you are not being paid? This seminar explores the various tools contractors, subcontractors and suppliers may utilize to perfect payment, including key contract payment terms, mechanic’s liens, personal liability notices, bond claims, and public works claims. These remedies are vital to continued navigation of this economy.
