Each year a member is nominated and selected based on their contributions of time and resources to the support of ABC of Indiana. The winner is selected by past winners based on the following criteria:

1) Overall support of the ABC efforts and programming.
2) Exemplifies the Merit Shop philosophy in their own company.
3) Achievement or action that has a great positive impact on the association and it’s members.
4) Community service

This year co- winners were named:
Bill Fredericks, President of Fredericks Inc. from Pendleton Indiana.
Al Wurster, President of Wurster Construction, Indianapolis Indiana.
