New to this facility in 2004, ABC continues to improve the building, having added several new classrooms and a state-of-the-art lab facility. The building hosts approximately 20 trade classes every week, several college courses through Vincennes University, task and management training classes, individual labs for the sheet metal, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades, as well as staff offices. There is ample paved parking available on two sides of the building.
